It is more than 30 dedicated to the haute couture world, as he belongs to the second generation of a family business. Alejandro de Miguel decided to bet on his own firm ten years ago, and has worked with some of the greatest names of the Spanish fashion.
Alejandro de Miguel and his way of seeing and understanding of fashion.
In our workrooms in Miguel Esteban (Toledo), Alejandro de Miguel creates each design with care and refinement, as the tradition of an artisan work demands. The use of noble fabrics, the attention paid to the finishing, and the quality in the elaboration process, give as result, present-day, modern and elegant dresses.
The first step is to know how each bride imagines her wedding: what kind of ceremony has she foreseen, which will be the celebration framework, the wedding date, and what her ideas about the design of her dress are. With this information we can show her different lines, patterns and fabrics from which, we will sketch a design that will be very close to what the final dress will be. Afterwards, the measures of the bride are taken for the manufacture of the pattern and the toile, that is the first version of the dress, made in a cotton tissue, and over which the appropriate modifications would be done.
The next step, is to cut the dress in its original fabric, applying all the details to perform the second try on.
Finally, we will perform a last try on, to adjust the dress to the maximum and give the last touches before the delivery.
